Specialized in Direct Expansion Heat Exchanger :

Corrugated tube is designed to be used in DX type water chillers. DX water chillers are used in the air conditioning applications wherein water is cooled on the outside of the tube by the refrigerant boiling and expanding on the inside.
Under proper conditions, corrugated tube can provide superior heat transfer performance and less tube side pressure drop than other ordinary plain tubes with ID turbulation devices. The integral corrugations of tube are produced without thinning the wall.

Other Applications :
Corrugated tubes are also designed to improve heat transfer efficiency for certain applications, particularly in steam condensers, desalting plant condensers, and other similar power generating installations.
